Hey guys so I'm wondering if anyone might have this particular halo ce elite. It looks like it exists, there is a screenshot of it attacking a warthog in another picture in the link above^. Does anyone have it or know where I can get it |

No, it does not exist in stock tags, thats an original work. You would need to contact the person who made it if you could find out who it is--or try looking in the file database http://hce.halomaps.org/
