Okay, so I can finally load a scenario, but every time I try to move the tabs in sapien around, it just stops working. It doesn't say that or anything, but it just doesn't allow me to click on the program or use anything in it and just stays like that for hours.

Are you running the program as administrator and compatibility mode?
