I have Windows 10 64bit. I have been using tool for about a month. But tool has stopped working suddenly. When I give commands like "tool bitmap ui\halo" it doesnot show any progress. I create sequences and bitmap data block in guerilla. then rerun tool, all the data is deleted.

I'd suggest you utilize a 3rd party tool to inspect any changes to your registry or installed programs from now to the time when tool was co-operating. Perhaps a change or modification to your systems state is prohibiting tool from working in a correct manner. It may also be a virus though it would be unlikely......

Is your halo installed in program files? If so make a copy or move it out and use that one.
If you don't want to do that, you might have to turn user account control off.

Thanks for the help guys, I found out that a faulty tiff was creating the problem. It's pretty much annoying when tool doesn't show error messages, when there is actually an error.
