I am making a new map, and everything was going splendidly when suddenly any changes I made in sapien or guerrilla would not show up. The map appears exactly the same, no matter what I changes. Both sapien and guerrilla will show the changes just fine, and the date modified stamp on the .map file changes every time I run tool. But the changes wont' show I deleted the .map file and restarted my computer, and the .map was still the same when I ran tool again. I run all programs involved as administrators.

yes. All the programs are using compatibility mode though.
