So I am running the 1.10 client, however, on Gameranger I have noticed most people are using an older client. I can't figure out how to downgrade as running the 1.09 patcher only tells me that my game is up to date. So if someone could give me instructions on how to downgrade to a lower version.

HAC lets you play across all versions.
If you really want to downgrade then you have to install the 1.09 patch over a fresh install. |

I'm pretty sure the updater actually decides your current version, based off the Version listed in your registry key; if you just lower the value down to 1.00, it should allow you to "upgrade" to any version.
