I set up a dedicated server, but when I tried to connect to it from another PC, it said I had an invalid CD key. However, both computers have different keys, and If the host PC hosts a lan game using the in game menu, there is no problem, both computers hum away happily.

Both keys are legit, and like I said, it works fine just playing lan games. Other computers can connect to my dedicated server, it is just his computer that pitches a fit.

Hello everyone, my problem fixed itself and I forgot to return to this thread. I have the latest update, and I don't know why but restarting the computer (I know oldest trick in the book, do that first yada yada yada) fixed the problem. Again, no idea why, but thank you all for your help.
