Msg. 1 of 10
Hi everyone,
I have a problem... i have modified a scenario with os sapien... this scenario contains OS shaders. I wanted to open the scenario with normal sapien, so i have delete all the shader extension for all the shaders but when i try to open the scneario i have this error in the debug file:
tag data 'has syntax data definition' too large.
if I recreate the scenario file (tool structure example\example example) without all the scenary object ecc... I can open it with the normal sapien.
I dont wont to put all the scenary object again....it takes me a long time. Is a way to resolve my problem?

I think OS sapien makes changes to the scenario file itself (something about scripting). You can try removing the OS tag data from the scenario with OS tool, but you should have made a backup in case it's completely tainted. Hind sight is 20/20 I suppose

If you use OS_sapien in a scenario it will get "corrupted" by corrupted i mean you can't use anything else than OS sapien. To fix this you should grab a back up and use the normal sapien only.

I think Kinnet is right about it being eternally tainted, but you can trythe command os_tool remove-os-tag-data <tag-name> <tag-type> <recursive> Since you already said you removed it from the shaders using OS extensions, I would try os_tool remove-os-tag-data levels/mylevel/myscenario scenario 0

Kinnet has the right idea, but I think "contaminated" is a better term to use. Once you go OS, you don't go back.
Your best bet is to make a new .scenario file, and plug back in your sky and BSP, and re-populate.
Or you can possibly add each object in the scenario back in manually via guerilla, and then edit its position and rotation as well.
