Just for future reference... you might have better luck finding an answer to the question in an UE4 forum instead of a HCE forum.
A game created in UE4 and Project Lumoria can be classed as two very different things. |

The ONLY piece of official halo music you can use in your fan game is the Halo 3 main theme, nothing else.

Even I had the same question. I wanted to make a Halo 4 for Halo CE. I wanted to use the sounds, cinematics, maps, everything from it. Is it legal. Its free ofcourse. I only wanted to bring Halo 4 in PC.

It was the same for Halo 3, Halo Reach, and now Halo 4. Inb4 Halo 5.
We're only just getting chunks Halo 3 and bits of Reach in here. |
