He's trying to say that AI map's won't work properly on multiplayer. It won't sync, what the AI do on your screen won't be the same thing as its doing on your friend's screen got it? Is unplayable.

I'm in the region. Although I'll tell you now, AI does not sync over the network. They only "properly" work in Single Player.
