I wanted to edit some bsps from various maps available on the forum, so I converted them into .obj files using both the BSP Tag Converter V2.5 and Aether, and then I imported them in 3ds Max 8. All of them have messed up UVs, no matter which map is and/or which settings I use during the import process. I only checked "Texture Coordinate" and "Normals", and imported the model as a single mesh. Nothing seems to work, and considering that I just want to move the bsp in a different position, the situation is getting frustrating...

I think aether or OS haves tools that does a clean job, otherwise I think you need to set your computer to american decimal settings

I heard Altis found a fix for it, maybe ask him?

I found it by myself, the problem is that the decimal settings must be changed for both the bsp conversion and the obj importation, otherwise the UVs will still keep the wrong coordinates. Sorry for having been a turd...

Well that's good because I couldn't fix it after having a successful try, now I know that I will have to check if the obj was exported with American settings

American or English ? I can't remember

American... it should be called "English (USA)" or something like that
