Hi guys, I'm trying to port captain Keyes from Halo Reach and use it both in-game and during cutscenes. Problem is: Keyes during the cutscenes uses animation so awkward that his arms just rage mad and look horrible. I'd need to take a look at how was the original model rigged, to start from there, but it seems that, on my version of 3DS Max, the gbxmodelimporter script messes up the weighting, and each vertex is assigned to the wrong bone; this wouldn't be a problem, were it not for the sheer amount of bones and frames used by Keyes. Hence my request: may someone extract the model used in the cutscenes, with the correct weighting, and upload it somewhere for me? It would be immensely helpful, and it would help me to eventually finish this release I'm working on (marines, armored and probably unarmored too, Keyes, seraph, space banshee, members of the crew and various scenery ported, everything with LODs, proper collision models and fully working).
