Windows 7 was so much simpler...

I'm currently running a laptop with windows 8. The one thing I've had issues with is that I can't run CMD in both Administrator mode and in the Halo CE directory at the same time. As such, I couldn't build scenario files. I countered this by creating a copy (not shortcut) of my Halo CE folder on my desktop to work from. I have been able to get so far as loading it in Sapian, editing and saving edited scenario. However, when I try to run CMD "tool build-cache-file levels" nothing much happens - I receive the message "usage: tool verb <options. .>

Is this related to the relocation of the Halo CE folder?

Also, while we're at it, can you make Halo CE maps on win8 or will you have to many issues?

When I type in the command "tool build-cache-file levels\" it knows to look in the tags directory under levels, right. Then the folder name is "test2" and the file is also "test2"

As such, if I've typed it in wrong, I don't know how.

BTW thanks for helping

Here is a screenshot of CMD and also the folder my level is saved to.

try tool build-cache-file levels\test2\test2

And upload the pic on another place, not facebook.
