Orange is overlapping surfaces. You can't have those.

Just delete any highlighted crap, and a bit around it if you want to be sure. Treat it like a nasty infection.
Then recreate those triangles.
That's how I did it in my wildly successful 3D modelling career.

That's how I did it in my wildly successful 3D modelling career. HA! That sounds like a fun method. All you need to do is delete one layer of those triangles where there is orange, because the error is saying you have triangles there that are on top of eachother. It also looks like you have alot of funky geometry at the bottom of the walls that meet the organic section.
