And this is why 98% of his stuff has never see the light of day.

I don't know the guy "And you assumed that", just an observer who have seen loads of his stuff show and then never released. But 98% was an exaggeration on my part...

Kirby generally releases baselines, concepts and ideas all the time. He doesn't actively keep stuff from people, it's just as he says: "he's too lazy to finish out stuff in a complete and usable state". Kirby is always willing to help people though, he's awesome like that.

Tl;DR, if you want it, just ask him for it.
