Due to how Halo functions you can't run a dedicated server and play Halo online at the same time. You would have to play around with your ports in order to be able to do both but that's all I know. Anyone else who knows about this tell me if I got it right.

Running the game and the Dedicated server on the same box will cause a port conflict if you use the default settings. You can change either the client or the server ports to solve it.

If you want, you can mess around with your ports and get your dedi and ce to run on the same PC. I honestly don't know how I did that though. (Probably because I was on Teamviewer and some guys helped meh.) Edited by PurityX7 on Mar 13, 2015 at 03:53 AM
