It's been so long since I installed OS that I forgot what files to look for. Can somebody help idiots like me uninstall old OS in order to be able to install the new one?

Now, my techno-speak ain't what it used to be, but it sounds like it's trying to install OS, and finding that it's already there, so it won't. |

Guys if your getting this error download this patch and then install OS. It will work.
