I added them as an item_collection, but when I compile the map, i can't pick up the weapons. Any help? Their ZTEAM.

What biped are you playing as? Sometimes the animations don't support holding certain weapons.

In the .weapon tag, you should change the label to something in the cyborg animations. AR/PR/ect

Those bipeds probably use the default animations. For the animations to match the weapon the .weapon has to have the right label.
