Fixed*

It opens fine in sapien and guerilla. All I did In sapien was set the actor varient of a squad to 'NONE' as it wa spreviously an acotor varient I wanted to remove, then I deleted the actor varient tag. Then I saved. Thats all I did and now I can't open the map In Halo ce. This is some horse dick I've been working on this map for more than 2 months

*update*

i deleted all the actor varients and it worked, then i tried to re-add them all, but now it doesnt work again and i have 0 frikin idea why.

You should try to check your actor and biped tags, in case they reference something corrupt or not existing.
I think the actor tags used in actor variant can cause errors as they are not mandatory for compiling but required to get them to work, and the bipeds in those.

Does it work if you use stock actors ?
From what you say, you might already know that adding actors one by one would tell you what's wrong.

Yes so I resolved the problem, I took each thing one by one, and apparently the Halo 1 marines were causing this to happen, however I still do not know why. I really appreciate you guys trying to help me! Thank you!
