I can not get the old server list that showed hundreds of servers. I reinstalled my OS and installed halo Ce again, patched all the way up to 1.10 and HAC2 Still only see 30-50 servers. i just seen the old list 2 weeks ago. Anyone have links that i could fix this problem?

Anyone have links that i could fix this problem? This is normal. Keep Calm and Carry On. The v1.10 update shook off the majority of pirate players, this had good and bad consequences. Good being that a ''Renaissance'' of sorts has now occurred with noticeably more more custom maps being hosted and the implementation of nolead across the majority of servers. Bad, of course, being that there are now less players. Make sure you're playing Halo Custom Edition, which usually has the largest population at any given time. Don't bother with OS until v4/v3.2 comes out, v3.1 is buggy. If you're still not wholly satisfied, add me on xfire (zetrenix) and we can compare server listings if you like. It's not normal... I'm getting 400 servers and 1000 players.

Halo doesn't care about your 'nat type' (which if we're talking actual networking is a complete made up term). Even if it did, it's not a function you can change on your home router. It will work fine.
