For a starterupper it isn't too bad. Then again nothing is "too bad" when you first focus your efforts on something.
My crit would be: More movement to be played upon the surrounding limbs/bones of the object you are focusing on.
What I mean is, say you are twisting the neck of a spartan, to gain a better real life feel try animating other portions of his body to correspond with the main movement of his neck.
I.e the shoulders may re-alternate, the torso could flex, the arms in general should adjust a little also.
