Why am I getting the "gathering Exception data" error? Please help.

When I go to my Halo Custom Edition directory the Debug.txt is not there.

The Error happens when ever I try to launch halo custom edition.

Are you using any 3rd party stuff like optic or halo chat v2?

No. but this error started to happen when I updated using a patch.
