Since I first found out about them from Red vs Blue....
How come they never tried Halo custom edition???? I remember long ago when they said they was having a hard time making R v B and i'm thinking....why not just do it on the custom engi?? We got Fly cams Chase cams intro cams it would've been so easy! I'm pretty sure they know about custom edition and never talked about it once. Edited by Mushi on Jul 9, 2014 at 07:54 PM |

They did. At one point they used it for the remastered Season 1.

They used Custom Edition for the BluRay remakes of Season 1-3 + any new flashbacks. They even mentioned it before in either a commentary or podcast about using CE. |

They mentioned it a couple of times. In the drunk tank podcast, rt podcast and i think they mentioned it in an achievement hunter video. Mostly about the confusing title "Halo ce ce". Did rec0 do something with rt? I think i heard something about that somewhere a long time ago. Also geoff was credited in both pc versions.

They couldn't have used it for the original seasons because halo pc wasn't even released yet, much less Custom Edition. They had the xbox version, and decided to capture footage from it and make a short series of videos about how the reds and blues are fighting and it doesn't make any sense. And then it got very popular very fast, so they had to keep going.
