Frank says they wouldn't be porting halo to pc just yet and wants to focus on the xbox one but he did say microsoft takes pc very seriously and will port it in the future.

I don't expect them to port Xbox One titles over until the next Xbox comes out. I do believe they will port 360 titles over though. Then again, Microsoft also shot themselves in the foot in the phone market when the new CEO took over by removing the Office 365 subscription requirement from Office for Android and iOS (Windows Phone never had the requirement), giving people even less reason to switch to a Windows Phone. Maybe they'll do something like that in the gaming sector and port over the MCC to PC.
