I need help trying to find a halo 2 tag editer all i see is Mr. Mohawk and it can't edit tags it can only replace them.

Mr Mohawk does not have working tag injection. Whether or not the tag extraction meta is accurate, is anyones guess. If you want to do simple edits for map files, use Assembly. If its for creating assets, use Guerilla.
