It's part of the chest model assuming you are talking about either the whips on the arms or the little tentacles on the chest... try importing every model piece maybe you missed one. Edited by H2 on Dec 1, 2013 at 10:00 PM

If these models were extracted using Entity, you'll have to take the model's UV layout and invert its Y coordinates. For some reason (for me anyway) it always comes out upside-down. Took me forever to figure it out.
