Eternal Lightning works amazing, just rip the bsp import it into 3ds max fix the materials and reexport. just rearrange the shaders and good as new. Ive done it to ambush and few others. its time consuming but works great :)

If Eternal Lightning don't work, it's probably because the cheeky map maker made the file read only. Right-click, properties, uncheck the read-only button. Now E.L will work =)
