I've finally figured out how to get moving scenery to work (still a little incomplete on the player button activated mode lol). I came up with an idea for a platform that a player could stand on, and shoot from. I've gotten the platform moving but when the player stands on it, he does not move with it, and falls off. Is there anyway to get around this? Like the elephant from halo 3, where you could stand on it and move with it. any ideas? Thanks!

Thanks! make it a device machine, and in the last part of the tag, you will find a flag saying "elevator", check that, and save
i got it working once, like 2 years ago, a gondola-like machine that allows you to move from one point to another, and i was moving along with it since it has the "elevator" property, but i scrapped it because it doesn't sync online lolEdited by ChBgt909 on Apr 29, 2013 at 07:44 PM

wow thanks! This only partially fixed it though. It works well, but my platform doesn't move smoothly. it does little jumps. the player moves slowly though which is strange. does this have to do with the animation itself? or something else? thanks!

How fast is the platform moving (too fast?)? Does it collide with anything (not saying that should effect is since it's an animation)...
Just some ideas though
