I can tell who made it.
Cheddars did.Not sure who rigged it but Cheddars released it. I can recognize the horrible hand rigging. |

Ripped from Reach, shaders by Cheddars, and rigged by Shadowslayer. I doubt Maurix Mapper and Sphinxbio had anything to do with it.
