Yes, what you want to do is go to this directory on your computer:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\redist In the redist folder you will see an executable call msxmlenu. Just launch the installer and follow the steps. Once it's done installing, start up Halo PC and you should be able to see all the text, along with the ability to text message using the T key. |
