I would to ask for some ideas for a SP map I'm planning to try and make.

This may take a very time, since I'd have to script for an entire level and I'd have to learn how to make a good SP map.

Story:
You'll play as a Headhunter.Your mission is to either destroy the important relics and assets the Covenant have on (insert a planet name here) or assassinate the important Elite Zealots who have arrived on (insert planet name here).

Setting:
Undecided

Difficulty:
Slightly harder than Normal

Keywords:Headhunters on some planet, assassinate a group of Elite Zealots, stealthy required, destroy important Covenant assets
You guys are not very understanding. At all.

Masterz, what you just posted is equally dumb.

I have read it.You should read mine too.

I would like suggestions for a location.
I don't think anyone would want to play in Blood Gulch.
Any BSP will do fine.I just want a suggestion.
Doing one myself would make this take forever, considering that I am terrible at modelling boxes.

OK,then.
Here is a rough, brief sequence of events
1.Pelican insertion into the landing zone on the BSP
2.Go by some patrols.
3.Go near a Covenant "campsite". Kill everyone there and destroy comm tower
4.Ambush new enemies as they get inserted onto the BSP.
5.Several groups are sent to investigate the comm tower destruction.Fight!
6.Sneak into Covenant base.
7.Destroy weapon cache and destroy unknown Forerunner relic/item/thing.
8.Get attacked by mobs of bad guys.
9.Evade Covenant pursuers.
10.Proceed with plan:track down Zealots and kill them
11.Breach fortress.
12.Find Zealots. (Hide and Seek)
13.Kill Zealots.
14.Firefight with Covenant
15.Evac time.If you survive.

The Lumoria scripts should have an example of almost anything you'll need. And if you have additional questions about specific things you can always ask me on xfire (my account is lodexia).

As for the plot, I'd suggest acquiring the Forerunner relic for yourself, instead of destroying it. Unless the situation doesn't permit if of course.

I would suggest the map... hmm.

It really depends. I think the map revelations could be perfect for you, or maybe just danger canyon. It really depends on what type of gameplay: Close, 3-d combat, or long ranged?

3-D combat as in the very good prisoner, which is still a good example for creating a geometrical map that is dynamic and interesting.

I'd love to draw up a design and show it to you. While the most recent design I have shown... is bleh, to be honest, I have a good imagination and can usually put it down into colours, lines and curves.

You know what would be awesome? If, to get to the evac, you had to do a Maw-esque drive through an abandoned forerunner complex.

Thanks for these helpful suggestions.
Well,I want it to be the player's choice.Close-range is preferable, since that would allow you to silently beat down enemies.Long range is also good.

EDIT:Started working with Infinity. If you see this edit, please suggest another BSP if you want.I don't really like Infinity.
