For the first 5-10 minutes of joining any server I can play it normally, but afterwards my connection seems to weaken more and more and the server becomes more and more laggy until the point where, for some reason, I can see other people move around and shoot and messages appear on my chat box but I can't move or do anything, the lag box on the bottom right part of the screen seems to flicker rapidly and then I lag out with the error: Game has closed down, even though nobody else seems to get this error. When I close halo I can see that my connection to my router is either at 3 bars, disconnects, or at 5 bars but there is a notification about a problem with the connection. About 3 or so minutes after I close haloce my connection gradually strenghtens to 5 bars again. I tried again after but then the same problem happens except this time it's usually only 3 or so minutes of playing before I start to lag horribly.

This even happens when nobody else is connected to the router. This does not happen very often when i'm doing other things online or playing multiplayer online on other games i think (this never happened when I was playing League of Legends or on a Minecraft server, only on any haloce server.)

I dunno how to fix this problem, I tried changing the ports in my network setup from 2302 and 2303 to like 4000 and 4001 but same problem occurs.

Shall we play a game?

(I am going to assume that your network configuration is correct, and that you have allowed Halo as a firewall exception and forwarded the appropriate ports.)

The hardware or firmware of your router may not be able to handle the network stress that Halo generates when playing online. Your wireless network card may also be overstressed or requiring new firmware.
Generally, a rule of thumb when playing any online game is to use a wired connection instead of a wireless connection due to better reliability. Try using a wired connection and see what happens.
If you cannot switch to a wired connection due to some circumstance, the only recommendation I can give you is to update the firmware of your router and your wireless network card and see if this problem happens again.
If the problem still occurs, then I suggest that you upgrade both router and wireless card.
