I thought HPT was dead for the 'past few years'.

It's a new halo league with eventually prizes once we get going. Please register, we already have 60+ members and 5 clans created.

As of right now, myself and my team are working our hardest to promote this brand new Ladder. The idea is simple,
your team challenges other teams to matches through our website, if the other team accepts the challenge, 3 matches are
played for that challenge (matches can not be reported unless there is a challenge made first). The team that is victorious in 2/3 maps wins
(maps and colors are agreed vocaly or in game). There are no xfire agreements required for this ladder. We are using the honor system. If a team doesn't report a match, simply send the PCR of the match
played to an administrator and the administrator will deduct points from the losing team. Same goes for if a team fails to use
Halo Anti-Cheat or fails to upload a requested video. The winning team gains points. Once a team gains 10,000 XP points, they can
enter the THDivision2 tournament. The division 2 tournament will be an elimination bracket. The winning team will take home
the cash and item prizes offered for that tournament. Hopefully enough people register to our ladder and donate to our dev teams
paypal by clicking the donate button on the top right of the home page so that we can collect the funds to offer these prizes.

People that talk like you do are just irritating. Learn correct spelling and grammar, then come back without responding like that to respected people who know better than you and have been on here longer. They know better.

It's the dawn of texts language. I know a lot of people/kids my age who always use text speak. It's horrendous. I'm just glad I've never used a texting service in my life. If you have to resort to ditching grammatical logic, surely it's just not worth it.

Come on, when I joined all the halo stuff, my grammar was worse than these peoples lol. Live on the internet long enough, and you'll naturally improve without even putting effort in. Now, a majority of my spelling mistakes are made on purpose rather than me being lazy lol.

Back on topic, I think Theseus just wanted to introduce the site and seem semi-formal, but went kinda overboard with that... Honestly, there's no need to bash on him. (like how a LOT of people here seem to bash and insult each other with just about everything... at least from what I see...)

I think this is an interesting idea -a formal tournament for HCE is really a great infrastructure that Xfire is lacking- and I'd like to see how this idea takes off.
However, before joining and making a clan/team of my own, I personally would like to rather sit and see if this system will last...

I want to be part of the custom map league for Halo Custom Edition.

Although I do get bored of playing maps like nightcamp_ce, camtrack_arena_fx, tls_strong_hold and tls_devils_drop, beryl, casualty_isle, etc in scrimmages.

So I hope more people in this community can make maps that are good for gameplay-based and with classic Halo Combat Evolved weapons, biped, and vehicles for this league, kinda like the ones I've listed above from the old days.
