I had bought Halo a looong time ago and decided to try out Custom Edition and start a ded-server. I installed it using my CD Key that came with the game, updated to 1.09, and went on line and played a few rounds, no problems at all. Booted up my ded-server with my init.txt, and a command line argument (-port 2312) and had no troubles with it, seeing it in the online game list. I selected it and clicked Join Game, to get the message saying "Invalid CD Key".
Now what in the WORLD is going on here??? Any help is appreciated.

On a more serious note, I'm going to try out GandanurCE, probably can't post links to stuff like that on here so I won't. Just joined today, got no idea the rules.

EDIT: Gandanur gets rid of the CD Key message, but when I join, it says The Game Has Closed.
In the console it reads:

JOIN SUCCESS "Ghost2" player 1 machine 1 (127.0.0.1:2304) cdkey 2
(removed)
QUIT "Ghost2" player 1 machine 1 cdkey (removed)
reason: CD Key error: Your CD Key is disabled. Contact customer service.

Got NO idea what it means other than it still hates me. I can see it says ^ Contact Customer Service but what help can they give? It's about a 12yr old game :/
