Ok so I am not normally a fan of using booleans but I have had to use a few on a model I am working on and have run into the Black Gate of Mordor. (Or rather, of booleans)

I would guess I have used more booleans then I should have, but I don't know if there is officially a limit. When I go to use a boolean it just deletes the model except for about four triangles. Tried using both Boolean and ProBoolean operations.

Any answer?

E: So it would appear that I had plenty of open edges. The faces that were "Left Behind" were the faces that needed rebuilt properly.
