So my game window is like this...
 I cannot undo that. I deleted the config. I used e3p0's thing to fix them didn't work. I can't mod like this how can I freaking fix it? I uninstalled too. |

Select the window, Alt + - (minus key), select move (or type M), it should allow you to move it.
