So i'm trying to extract SlappyThePirates' h3valhalla BSP to fix the phantom BSP in it. I've tried countless times and every time i do i'm getting no unwrapping. I get the BSP but when i open it in Gmax i get no unwrapping at all and the textures just look jumbled up. Could someone either extract it properly and send my a download link, or give me the correct options to enter in the extractor to get it to extract unwrapping on the BSP? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and i hope to hear back soon. Edited by grunt_eater on Jun 9, 2012 at 10:28 AM

I had this problem because of the decimal separator on my french pc, and regional settings, try to change them (it was about dot and comma with me)

Not sure then. It's always worked fine for me. I know I've always had unselected a few boxes but far as I remember they were pretty self explanatory as to what they all did.

GMax is probbaly half the issue here. I use 3ds max. The material thing is spits out I never use, I simply make my own from scratch and just import the model. You can have it so that the geometry is broken up and named per material, so its fairly easy to restructure and organize it all.

Yeah, i did the same thing. I'm guessing that it's the object importer i'm using. Would someone mind extracting the bsp and saving it, with the uvw unwrap, as a .3ds and giving me a download link? i have the bitmaps extracted so i could set up material IDs for it, i just can't export it and import it into Gmax.
