Hello everyone, recently I tried compiling a yelo version of Keyes, but that didn't work out. Although now I figured out that OS has nothing to do with it.
I tried building a NORMAL map file using d20 scenario tags, but this is what the debug gave me:
EAX:0x00000000 EBX:0x09573401 ECX:0x00000006 EDX:0000000001 EDI:0x00129F68 ESI:0x00000000 EIP:0x76F57094, C3 8D A4 24 ????? EXCEPTION halt in \halopc\haloce\source\tag_files\tag_groups.c.#3142: offset>=0 && offset+size<=data->size
The monitor has not been added to this, and the BSP tags I got from d20 work fine on other maps.
Nothing I have in my tag cache that I used for this are corrupted, and I received this error even when all the original and unaltered tags are used.
Does anyone know what's wrong here?

maybe a corrupt vehicle tag? old post from matthewdratt: Vehicles are typically the most corrupted out of anything. In guerilla if you open up the map, and then open the dropdown box for vehicles, and guerilla crashes, then its a vehicle...
old post from gamma: only solution I know of is to delete your tags folder, uninstall HEK, reinstall HEK, and recursively extract the campaign map.
most other threads i find on this lead nowhere. Edited by ally on May 16, 2012 at 02:39 PM
