I figure you prolly mean broke's (the one he used to show off all the time, idk who's truly responsible for getting it into halo, but I figure it's his) , but idk if they've been publicly released

Someone leaked them, not going to say where to get it. Had them a long time ago though. And yeah, check brokes tag release to see if they're in it. If not, guess they don't want it released.
