A few members? Over half the development team left the game. This project came to a halt less gracefully than a plane crash.

well yes, and also what they are doing is saving up all of the information that would of been in the bi-weekly updates, and are going to put in in one big update, in, say a month at the earliest. and plus it is kinda hard to show stuff to the public that they will like, while at the same time trying to make a game people will like.

@JimDaRulah they still have 20+ members working on the team, so i reckon that is enough for them. and also more people are joining BVG in development.

Even if the game is not dead, it will be soon. What do you think it going to happen when they hit that little brick wall of server costs. They guarantee the game will be "100% free" but I doubt they have a plan of action for the dedicated servers that will be needed to actually house the game itself.

Maybe they'll pull off the runescape and have members and non-members.

Well, F2P has shown to be rather successful in keeping games alive.

There could probably be donations given to them, or they could make it so that you could run servers on himachi like you can with minecraft.
I don't know. I'm just guessing. I can't even get a Halo server up and running because all of the tutorials for port forwarding have a different style then me, and I cannot figure something out if it is completely different from what I am taught.
I don't know. Just something. They'll think of something. The lead might just go ahead and pay out of his own pocket until he is broke, or the leads will switch it up until they realize that they aren't gaining any money off of this. :/
Finances are one of the many problems with these kind of things.

Okay, this is a little off topic but whenever someone says port forwarding is hard I get really annoyed, just going to put that out there right now. It's not hard.

My port forwarding system is different than many of the ones you see on youtube and such. It has an internal, and an external port forward. I don't know how to explain it with words.
The other problem may be that I have a moderate NAT type, which I have no idea how to fix. :/
But anyway, you're right. That was off topic. My bad.
