check to be sure each of your objects/polygons has an assigned texture, and that the reference box is named "frame." and that your model is linked to the frame.

(I need to learn how to export halo 3 bipeds\scenery\weapons\vehicles and etc..)
for that you should try facepunch.com, keep in mind tho they are mainly a gmod website so i
don't know how help will go will this.
