I'm assuming you want to compile it... Make sure the scenario is named differently than "Coldsnap", then type "tool build-cache-file <level directory>\<scenario name>". Without the parentheses of course...

im just going to take it that you have ran the bitmaps command, and have your .scenario done.
run lightmaps with... tool lightmaps levels\yourmapsname\yourmapsname yourmapsname 0 0.9
(0 0.9 is only a testing quality setting).
for building the map in tool, the command would be... tool build-cache-file levels\yourmapsname\yourmapsname
if this isn't what you need, then let us know what you are talking about.
