Do any one of you guys know where to find a tutorial on how to edit particle effects? If tried looking but couldn't find any.

Most people learn how by messing with the particle effects tags and seeing how it affects the tags in-game. try modifying a bitmap or two and keep checking your results. As for tutorials, I don't know of any good ones (not that I've checked).
