When im at the very end talking to the covenant prophet, i choose to take the great journey, it says im a traitor, but then when i hit the jump button, the game closes and does the gathering exception data thing. Help Me Please.

That was actually intentional. The map creator is disappointed in you for choosing that path in the game so he exception you. Didn't you read the end message?
