Are any of you playing Halo CE before Halo CEA come out?
I also wanted to ask if any of you would like to beat Halo CEA on co-op over Live with me when it comes out? I have my copy pre ordered from amazon. I've been a halo fan since Halo 3 and just started playing the original today. I stopped at the level called (343 Guilty Spark)
the Flood scared the ship out of me when i first saw it and heard the sounds it made XD
I saw a preview on Halo Waypoints Youtube of the new updated version and man it looks F^^king awesome:D
I tired to play the Multi player maps on my old Xbox but you have to have two controllers in order to do it. I was thinking of buying Halo CE for computer but i don't want to waste my money on it if its not going to work
I found this site and was hoping one of you could tell me if my Laptop can run it? I'm new to computer gaming aka a Noob

Oh and have any of you unlocked the Warthog in Forza 4 for autovista? I have Forza4 but haven't unlocked it

Hmm, lets see, an I7 Quadcore @3.2ghz, and oh a dedicated graphics card.

Now let's see halo's minimum specifications.

single core 0.733ghz
128mb ram
32mb graphics


of course you will be able to play this game.

Wow. Really? You weren't sure if your computer could run Halo CE?

I wish my pc had those specs but alas, I decided to blow my 500$ on a crap laptop and not an amazing desktop.

You will be able to play halo on probably highest settings in everything.

Probably? What do you mean probably. He can play highest on crysis.

I only had $500 at the time, but I probably should've gone on newegg.

I didn't newegg it.

I'm just saying newegg cuz I got mine from best buy, and they have horrible selection.

Canada Computers, $900, full custom-build, awesomeness.

Zero-PC. Custom build 500$ pretty decent, much better than CComputers.

Wow, umm, he, cough. That's so expensive for 900. Like seriously, I could probably get that for 700-800. I pick intel over AMD processors though :)

You just wasted like 200 dollars on an over priced, pre built computer.

Guess what I got for only $100 more
Now don't say omfg you wasted your money on a prebuilt pc. Blah! I didn't want to create one from start. To lazy, but I will be using this one and upgrading it over the coming years. And yes it came with pretty much everything on my profile, except for the mouse

more than that. Just had a friend order one of those "do it yourself" bundles off newegg, $230 canadian for some AMD quad core (3Ghz, aparently can be overclocked to 3.6 while still using the default fan while running smoothly) 4GB DDR3 ram, 1TB internal hard drive, and then some crappy integrated video card.. So, all he needs to do is buy any video card of his choice, and hes already matched that thing. I'm going over tomorrow to install windows and such for him, it just arrived last night. So, that $900 better of included your screen and EVERYTHING, or else I pitty you greatly.



So what was this topic about? comparing computers? mines kinda lowering in quality over the years, but the 8GBs of ram (DDR2) makes up for it still, haven't found anything I cant run yet, but im assuming they will start showing up within the next year. Although I probably wont upgrade until this thing dies, it can run every halo tool at once (sapien, guerilla, 3dsmax, photoshop, halo itself, notepad) with IM software, anime, teamveiwer for helping peoplez, and billions of other irrelivent windows open without slowing down. Now if only it would stop making those dying noises when I turned it on sometimes.

Baaaaaaaaaaah.

Who needs to buy a screen when I have a 50" Plasma HDTV at my disposal? =^3^=

E: It's not pre-built. I bought all the parts and built it myself.
