Yeah I need the CMT B30 scenario that hasn't bein ripped cause the one I have seems to give syntax errors in a few places when I try to open it

This happens if you extract with overwrite enabled in HEK+. Also HEK+ sometimes has issues with bitmaps and shader files. You will need to look in your debug.txt file and start correcting the errors it lists one at a time.

Yes yes I have looked into the debug text and it does seem to have alot of corrupted tags and recorded animations that seem corrupted aswell but what these tags are it won't tell me sadly, I can tell that most of them might be some of the wraith and pelican tags since they always seem to come out corrupted

B30 was compiled with a special version of HEK to allow us the extra vehicle slots, publicly released HEK's can't use it.
