i have gmax on my computer. i have windows 7 and i can't model anything because the blitzkrieg and all the others exporters don't work. I tried to install them, i installed them correctly, all the files in the right places, but they don't work. why? how to fix this problem?

Blitzkrieg doesn't work for gmax...unfortunately. To export models to a JMS format, you need either Chimp or Bluestreak. Bluestreak is much better, in my opinion, but doe have issues with large maps.

To use those scripts, locate the *.ms file. This is your maxscript file that gmax will run to carry out your script. Drop the .ms file into your \gmax\scripts folder, then in gmax, go to the MaxScript menu and select Run Script. Then simply locate the script and it will execute.

I tried chimp, but still don't work, it don't do signals, there's no options for the exporting.
I wanted to modeling, but now I don't want, because there isn't a working exporting program
