You need more bones in order to make natural finger movements. Study the mancandy rig. It has a total of 235 bones or so but you can probably remove most of them. They won't work properly without lattices, curves and such anyway. -Zekilk Edited by cyboryxmen on Oct 8, 2011 at 09:48 AM

Rigged fingers on a Spartan would be fully possible in CE. I began doing so, but gave up when I hit a depression.
The math: Halo 1 has a limit of 64 bones per unit. Each finger needs 3 bones, as each finger has two joints. There are ten fingers. A standard Spartan 2 biped has 19 bones. 3*10+19=49, i.e. well within the limit. Edited by The Cereal Killer on Oct 9, 2011 at 12:16 PM
