Can you have more control over the lighting than just running lightmaps or radiosity?

Aether is on the advanced side, honestly. For something easier you can try what I sometimes do: mod a light fixture (like the floor light in levels\b30\...somwhere\...) into a bunch of light fixtures with different colors or intensities. Place them in sapien where you want them to effect, run lightmaps, and then delete the light fixtures when you're done. Helps for when you're trying to place inerior light detail without having to re-export a bsp with those forerunner light decal things built into the geometry.

@slappy Oh ok, sounds very nice. :)
@ spartan314 I couldn't get Aether to work with Gmax. (I use gmax btw). I was able to import a bsp model, but I could have done that with the BSP Extractor anyways. I'll stick with Slappy's method for now.
