I think(And this is my opinion)Anyone that doesn't own a copy of Portal for the pc does not deserve to call themselves gamers. Yokes aside, This has been free before. Valve is great like that.

If it's on your account, you can redownload it if you're abroad. Also, some games are restricted by some countries, but idk which.
