just wondering if anyone has ripped or modeled the halo reach banshee.
and i was also wondering if people know whether or not 343i is going to be using the reach banshee or an graphically updated halo 1 banshee |

But...
Why? That banshee's UGLY AS THE MONITOR'S FACE! I mean, nobody would want to use it. Plus, they'd have to make the boost right and make it destructable. They'd have to do all dat hard work. |

The banshee isn't ugly, the only thing different is the wings. So why don't you download 3DS Max, and we'll see how good you are at making a custom flying vehicle. Anyway, as I recall there is someone from HRCEMT making the banshee. Okay, thanks for the heads up. i just didnnt want to make my first project and then have it be somethings someone has been working on. |

Yea, the wings are the problem. They make it look ugly, Caboose.
Besides, I'm not saying I could make a better one. They're profesional, but I just feel the banshee could've been nicer. |

1up on preferring the Reach banshee. I wouldn't say it was perfect - if the wings were a bit more slender, then I think it would look a lot better, but I think they way the cockpit hood sweeps upwards at the end, and how the wings fold in different directions when turning make for a much more fun, interactive vehicle with less... blob like lines.
Most people complain about the chubby wings, when it comes down to it and I agree with that, but I think it looks a lot more interesting otherwise. |
